- How do you “get up and do something” on a daily basis?
- Emily makes sure to go for a walk outside at least once a day.
- What is your favorite healthy meal to cook?
- Emily likes to make a chicken burger on kale with teriyaki cauliflower rice, peppers, sweet potato, and avocado.
- What are your personal health goals?
- Emily is working towards more balanced meals throughout the day instead of one big meal per day.
- Why is your physical and mental health important to you?
- Both aspects need to be balanced in order to feel at peace and ready to take on the day. As a nursing student, she needs to make sure that she focuses on herself to become healthy so that she can then work to help her patients do the same.
