September 13, 2024 //  by Emily Hayburn

It’s that time of year again when the temperature starts to drop. Summer is coming to an end and the leaves are about to start changing. It is the perfect time to get outside and enjoy nature. It’s not too hot and it’s not too cold. Here are some easy ways to get your body moving going into the fall!

Go on a Hike

Find a place near you and go on a nice hike. This is a great way to get outside and see nature. Admire the leaves changing colors and get your steps in!

Take a Walk Around Your Neighborhood

If you don’t have a hiking trail near you don’t worry. Take in the beauty of nature right around your home. Go on walks near your house throughout the season and notice how much the leaves change. See the wonders of nature right outside your door!

Go on a Bike Ride

Bike rides are another great way to stay moving as the new season arrives. Find a trail or neighborhoods and breathe in the fresh fall air.

There are so many ways to stay moving throughout the fall. It’s important to take advantage of the beautiful season before it gets too cold to enjoy the outdoors for long periods of time!
