Healthy Mocktails For Summer

people, leisure, celebration and party concept - group of happy smiling friends clinking glasses with drinks at bar or pub

July 7, 2024 //  by Emily Hayburn

I don’t know about you, but when I’m traveling, especially in the summertime, I tend to consume a bit more alcohol than I normally would. It can be celebratory, great for social gatherings, and just plain tasty. BUT the other side of increased alcohol consumption is poorer sleep quality, weight gain, sallow or dull looking skin, and feeling sick or sluggish. It’s not always easy (or needed) to turn down a social event, but it is possible to swap your bevvies! No matter what your reason might be, a break from alcohol can do wonders and these mocktails are delicious and much better for your body than their alcoholic counterparts!

Rose Lemon Spritzer

  • 2 tablespoons rose water * optional
