If you’re like me, there are certain foods you just refuse to give up. Do you really think I could go a day without peanut butter? Come on. But seriously, I am all for eating the foods you like. Life is too short to cut things out of your diet, however, making that certain food a little bit healthier never hurt anyone!
Here Are a Few Alternatives For Your Favorite Foods:
- Jif or Skippy peanut butter ———————————————–> Smucker’s Natural peanut butter

Whether it is ice cream or chocolate, everyone has a weakness when it comes to delicious foods. There is no harm in treating yourself to a yummy snack, however these healthier alternatives are a great way to improve your health while still enjoying the food you eat! Enjoy!
