Abs are really great… but what if you could have abs and dessert? All my life I’ve struggled with having a balanced diet. I tried calorie deficit, intermittent fasting, and crazy diet plans. What I found that works best for me is to not limit yourself to the yummy foods you crave most. Let yourself have that brownie! Throughout the years, I have noticed that some unhealthy ingredients can be replaced with healthier options so I have compiled four recipes that will give you abs while also giving you dessert!
- Pumpkin Muffins
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 pumpkin
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup syrup (used lakanto)
1 tbsp baking powder
Pumpkin pie spice
Splash of vanilla
Chopped walnuts
Bake for 20 min at 350! - Cookie Dough Freezer Fudge
1 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Cashew Butter (you can also sub for more PB)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional: 1-2 scoops of vanilla collagen or protein powder
1 tsp sea salt (for topping). - S’mores Bars
2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour

2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup creamy almond butter
2 tbsp syrup (used lakanto)
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate
