Katie

October 5, 2020 //  by Antonia Sinibaldi

Hi everyone! Meet Katie. She’s a health promotion graduate student here at UD.

A Little Bit About Her:

  1. Favorite Healthy Foods: she likes chicken, kale, and any sort of smoothie because it’s an easy (and yummy) way to get all your fruits and vegetables in!
  2. Favorite Unhealthy Foods: Ben and Jerry’s tonight dough 🙂 and unnecessary amounts of pizza and pasta
  3. How Does Katie “Get Up and Do Something”: She gets up every morning and the first thing she does is workout because it sets the tone for the day.
  4. Her Personal Health Goals: Katie’s health goal is to be more consistent with eating healthy. She wants to be able to enjoy unhealthy foods in moderation and not go off the deep end every time she treats herself.
