Fall is here, and with it comes the cozy flavors of the season: cinnamon, pumpkin, apple, and spice! However, just because it’s Fall doesn’t mean you need to load up on sugar. These 7 healthy, low-sugar drinks are perfect for warming up, staying energized, and enjoying all the tastes of autumn without the guilt. Bonus: they are easy to make at home!

1. Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Cider (Unsweetened)

Ingredients: Unsweetened apple juice or cider, cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Heat apple juice with cinnamon sticks, cloves, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, then serve warm.

Health benefits: Naturally low in sugar, high in antioxidants, and warming for crisp fall days.

2. Pumpkin Spice Latte (DIY, Low Sugar)

Ingredients: Brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract
