Thanksgiving Day is here in a week! A day to relax, eat a ton of great food, watch football, and connect with your family. I know there is a ton to do shopping, prepping food, getting the house ready, or planning to get ahead of the traffic to get to your delicious dinner. It can be a busy week leading up to the big day though, you might be thinking: “When will I have time to workout?” Here is a great workout that will get your heart pumping, your body sweating, and your whole self ready for enjoying that decadent Thanksgiving dinner in a week! The best part, it will be done in 35 minutes and can be done at home while your turkey and pies are baking in the oven, so you can do it on the actual day as well!
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Perform each circuit 3 times. When you complete the circuit 3 times take a two minute rest and then begin the next circuit.
