Thanksgiving Day is here! A day to relax, eat great food, watch football, and connect with your family. I know there is a ton to do prepping food, getting the house ready, or planning to get ahead of the traffic to get to your delicious dinner. I know what you’re thinking, though, “When will I have time to workout?” Here is a great Thanksgiving Day workout that will get your heart pumping, you body sweating, and your whole self ready for enjoying that decadent Thanksgiving dinner! The best part, it will be done in 35 minutes and can be done at home while your turkey and pies are baking in the oven. Have a Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
The workout:
Perform the workout by working your way down the list, completing the number of repetitions associated with each exercise. You will complete as many rounds as you can until 30 minutes is up! Earn your turkey and enjoy!
-Body Weight Squats (20 reps)
-Abdominal Crunches (20 reps)
-Alternating Jumping Lunges or Reverse Lunges (10 reps each leg)
-Push-ups (15 reps)
-Mountain Climbers (20 reps each leg)
-Jumping Jacks (20 reps)
-Plank jacks (15 reps)
-Squat Jumps (15 reps)
-Burpees (10 reps)
