- (can use resistance band for assisted pull-ups)
- Seated Cable Rows
- 4 sets x 8 reps
- Rear Delt Flies
- 3 sets x 10 reps
Biceps
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls
- 3 sets x 10 reps
- Dumbbell Hammer Curls
- 3 sets x 10 reps
- Zottman Curls
- 3 sets x 10 reps
