Hi everyone! Meet Katie. She’s a health promotion graduate student here at UD.
Favorite Healthy Foods: she loves chicken, kale, and any kind of smoothie because it’s an easy (and yummy) way to get all your fruits and veggies in. Her favorite unhealthy foods would be Ben & Jerry’s Tonight Dough (I mean, can we blame her? Absolutely not.)
