Independence Day is right around the corner! When you think of the 4th of July, what comes to mind? Other than watching the fireworks and having a barbecue, what are other fun ways to celebrate? Here’s a list of fun activities you and your family can do to celebrate this year!
Host Craft Time.

Take a family bike ride.
Grab your bikes and take a ride through the park! Who knows, maybe you’ll see other fun activities to do while being there.
Throw a family pool party.
If the weather allows, invite some friends and neighbors over for a pool party! Swimming is such an excellent way to get some fun social time while also getting in movement and getting out some energy!

Watch a patriotic movie outside.
If you have a projector and some sheets to hang, create a cozy environment for the family and friends to watch a 4th of July themed flick (click here for ideas!)
And after all the outdoors activities this year, you can’t miss the fireworks! Check your local recreational parks and community flyers for details!
