Independence Day is here! A day to relax, eat great summertime food, get some sunshine and connect with friends and family. Today can certainly be busy, with the cooking, and cleaning, and entertaining, or travelling; I know what you’re thinking, though, “When will I have time to workout?” Here is a great 4th of July morning workout that will get your heart pumping, you body sweating, and your whole self ready for enjoying that day of celebration!
